The surface to be painted will be prepared and pressure washed (via high-pressure equipment) to remove any surface dirt and build-up.

Then trenching around the house foundation will be carried out, followed by any treatments required such as anti-mildew treatment, dry rot repairs, or stucco repair. Previous layers of paint which are peeling or require scraping will be removed and sanded off. Hairline cracks and stationary seams will be filled in and caulked. Any cracked or uneven areas which are damaged will be fixed and any raw or exposed wooden areas can be primed at this point.

Just before the painting process begins, all areas that won’t be painted will be masked off and all hardscapes/landscape will be covered and protected. Rest assured that we will pay as much detail to your exterior as we do to your interior.

Preparation:

At first the roof has to be prepared, we will clean it using High-Pressure washers and cleaning materials if necessary. Then we will let the roof dry. If required, minor repairs like tiles replacing, silicone or cement filling will be done. Anything which doesn't require painting (roof skylights, ventilation, antennas, solar PV systems) will be protected and properly covered.

Roof Primer:

Priming ensures better adhesion of paint to the surface, increases paint durability, and provides additional protection for the material being painted.

Spray painting:

After the roof has been prepared and primed, it will be painted using industrial spray painters to ensure a smooth finish.
